The project is being implemented in cooperation with Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz, the University of Economy in Bydgoszcz,
WSB Merito University in Toruń, and the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz.

Project description:

The main objective of the REGIOSTAFFNET project is to establish the NAWA-EURAXESS network in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, which will support the integration
of foreign nationals into the region’s academic community. The main objectives of the project are to promote the region, improve services for foreign nationals among network partners, and facilitate the exchange of experiences and best practices. The project involves cooperation between universities, public institutions, and organizations supporting foreigners.

The project involves the preparation and implementation of the following activities:

1. At least 40% of project partners will join the European EURAXESS network.
2. Developing cooperation between the REGIOSTAFFNET network and other entities in the region, the country, and abroad by inviting new
research institutions, universities, and regional organizations to collaborate.
3. Developing a strategy for the internationalization of the REGIOSTAFFNET network and analyzing the network’s potential.
4. Training on the legal aspects of legalizing the residence and employment of foreign nationals in Poland for staff supporting doctoral students and foreign researchers.
5. Training sessions on promotional and marketing activities using AI on social media for staff supporting doctoral students and foreign researchers.
6. Linguistic and cultural training sessions for staff supporting doctoral students and foreign researchers.
7. Creation of a multimedia presentation promoting the REGIOSTAFFNET Network.
8. A study visit to the Welcome Center at a foreign university.
9. A study visit to a network operating in another province.

Target group:

  • Staff of Nicolaus Copernicus University and its partners – 47 people
  • Institutional beneficiaries – 21 Polish and foreign entities

Individual beneficiaries of project activities – approx. 100 people
